ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Traveling to San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire on or before December 29, 2026. Refunds will not be provided for expired or invalid passports.
- This is a land only trip meaning you are responsible for booking your own flight to Los Cabos. When making your own flight arrangements, you will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJU).Please note, when purchasing your flight, the hotel check-in date is June 25, 2026. Please schedule your flight from the U.S. on June 25, 2026 to arrive before 3:00 PM local time. Our group’s hotel checkout date is June 29, 2026. Please schedule your return flight on June 29, 2026.
The full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days in advance to help you plan your free time while in Iceland. - Airport transfers are included for arrivals and departures within the official trip dates (June 25-29, 2026). If you arrive or depart outside these dates, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to/from the resort.
- Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort. Please note that our included airport transfers are only valid on our trip dates. If you are traveling anytime outside of our trip dates, you must secure your own transportation to and from the airport.
- The land only package does not include the flights to and from your home state to San José del Cabos, B.C., Mexico.

- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly or bi-weekly payment plan option.
- When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required if your final payment is made after the final payment due date on your invoice.
- If you become 60 days or more behind on your payments, your trip will be cancelled. You will forfeit any monies already paid towards your trip. You are able to reinstate should there be availability at the time of your request. A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance in order to reinstate your booking anytime after cancellation.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
